Not Good

The room is non-smoking but has a very odd smell. It's half underground too. Front desk is not friendly.

Good for simply sleeping

We stayed one night and did laundry. Front staff was kind and nice. However, room cleanliness was not enough and there was plenty of dust and old toys which were left by possible past guests.

Basic Hotel

This is an "ok" place if you don't have to be in the room except to sleep and shower. If you plan to cook, there's no counter space AT ALL. Also, no easy chairs, just two straight back wooden chairs at a small table. Lots of luck trying to put on make up with the poor lighting. However, it's clean. The bed is comfortable and the location to town is good. You get what you pay for.

Shopping tip: Long walk from hotel

Very much a tourist shopping experience, ranging from high end art gallerys to tourist "stuff".

Better than tent camping

No locks on the windows. Say they have kitchenettes, but that is pushing the term. They ask to you wash your dishing before putting them back in but refuse to provide any dish soap.

Nice for young family accomodations.

This hotel / motel is convenient to downtown Jackson, WY and the rooms are large and there is a small kitchen area with dishes and silverware. Pricing is moderate for a young family.

Cache Creek Inn

This hotel was great for the price. Considering the prices in Jackson Hole, this hotel is great for the average traveler. Rooms are comfortable, somewhat dated, but not bad. Location is walking distance from the square. All in all, it was a very good, cost effective experience.

Don't listen to the bad reviews. Had a great stay.

I stayed here for St. Patty's day to ski. For the money if you had a problem with this motel your expectations are very unreasonable. Very clean and comfortable. I walked all over town from the room. If your expecting the place to cater to you, you need to spend double the money and stay somewhere else. There is no concierge service. There is a front desk to check in and out. Other than that your on your own. The cleaning staff was great. The kitchenette worked out great to save a few bucks on meals. I will most definetly stay there next time I'm in Jackson. If I had to say anything bad. I wish the tv was bigger.

Nightlife tip: Short walk from hotel

The Tavern has half price drinks every night from 8_10. Don't drink and drive. Cops are tough on rental car drivers. You can walk to almost anywhere on 10 min or less. Cabs are super cheap.
