Retired and loving it!
ok but not great
The hotel was ok, not fabulous but it was quiet. Breakfast was wonderful at the diner.

Eatat Penny's Diner in front of the motel. It has a great breakfast-fast service, too.

Ideal for overnight stay
Stopped overnight en route from Salt Lake City to Lander, Wy. Room was nice, staff helpful. Could have used an elevator while lugging suitcases up to the second floor. The complementary breakfast at the vintage-themed diner on site was terrific. Great value. May change our plans for the trip home to stay there again.

The price was right but the accommodations were below my expectations. No elevator, no fitted sheets, dingy decoration and out-of-date furnishings

beautiful location, pleasant
I travel with dogs. Although I do not bring my dogs into the hotel, this was a very pet friendly location. Lots of areas to exercise the dogs in the evening and morning. A very pleasant hotel, quiet and a great location off the freeway. Easy to find. Nice amenities.

Perfect for road-weary travelers
We were driving from Sacramento, CA on our way to Lincoln, NE and Green River, WY was the midway point. The Oak Tree Inn was located RIGHT off I-80, which was convenient and easy to find. The rooms were clean, quiet, roomy and had a refrigerator (which was nice b/c we had a cooler with food in it). The diner was so-so for dinner but excellent for breakfast. Also, I think the diner may have been the only restaurant in town, so its location on the hotel premises was convenient. All in all it was a good place to stay.

Fine but nothing fancy
Great location. We received a coupon for a breakfast at the adjacent diner which was cute with average but filling food (if you don't mind margarine). Very helpful desk clerk and very efficient check-in. Nice small-town hotel.
