I stayed here for business. I hadn't heard of the chain before, but the building was new, as nice or better than many Holiday, Fairfield, or even Courtyards I have stayed in. There is a managers evening with free food Monday - Thursday, but they didn't tell me that at check-in. I found out about it AFTER I went out to eat. The only downside is the location. It is away from everything, so if you want food, it is about a 20 minute round trip drive to most restaurants. I would stay here again, though.

I have to say, I didn't really know what to expect. When I walked in, the service was perfect from the beginning...then when I walked in the room- i was blown away. Very nice, roomy, clean, nice view...etc. Couldn't have been happier for a "business hotel". Better then many of the resort hotels!

New, Nice, Great price
The little details make this a great place to "settle in" for the night from a light dinner with complimentary beverage to the relaxed and extended breakfast time. If you want a room with a view then you'd better like looking at the Wyoming prairie since the mountains are much further west.

Short drive from hotel
Gillette is not going to be your five star eating town so don't go looking for any thing fancy. Remember Wyoming is still buccolic.

Yellowstone Trip
The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and very nice. There was a manager's reception with free brats and beer that was a great surprise. The only complaints we have were that #1), you can't reach the toilet paper from the toilet and #2) an extremely bright light was right outside our window and the curtains weren't long enough to make the room dark.

Settle Inn & Suites/Gillette WY by Kathy
We have stayed in four other hotels in Gillette and none compare to this one. It was clean, spacious, the staff was friendly, and bed was excellent. When dealing with child visitation, the room allowed us space to move around and not overwhelm the child while time to spend quality time with her. The staff encouraged us to stay again which we will. The breakfast was excellent compared to the others in town. The refrigerator was plugged in and cold to keep our food.
