Good experience
We had stayed in this hotel last year and found the service and accommodations fine. Good pool, hot tub, breakfast. Staff is pleasant and responsive to any requests. Wireless service questionable. Would stay here again. Had no control over room temp but since it was hot and the room cool, just used a blanket while there. Also outside room doors don't work well, according to sign, due to winter frost.

Very friendly staff!
I had made my original reservation and when I checked in, the very nice gal at the counter upgraded our room to a suite at no extra charge. We enjoyed the restaurant/lounge located in the hotel as well. The room was VERY nice and we enjoyed our stay~

Save Money and Keep Going
This hotel was terrible. To start the bathroom was disgusting. It had hair and soap scum all over the bathtub and bathroom sink. The drain in the sink was clogged and wouldnt drain water. When I informed the front desk, the young girl stated to me (after about 2-3 minutes of standing at the desk waiting for her to finish texting) "Can you just reach in their and unplug it?" She did offer to call maintainence but stated that due to the time of night it wouldnt be till morning. She then suggested I use a plastic knife she provided to "dig out the clock" No offer of a different room at anytime. Then next morning I tried to print in their "business center" but the printer wasnt working. When I informed another young barefoot girl about the printer, she stated it hasnt worked for days. She then suggested that I "Can go across to Office Depot and buy a printer". This place was filthy with lazy and unprofessional immature staff. I travel a great deal and stayed at many hotels but this was definetely the worst experience I have ever had. I will never return to a Clarion, Comfort Inn, or any other associated properties and I would suggest you do the same.

Very nice staff
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor adjacent to the pool, but it was still very quiet there (even though bikers were staying there as they headed towards Sturgis). The room was very clean and large compared to others I have stayed in. Vending machines were lacking a bit, I wanted popcorn but didn't get any. All in all a great place to stay.

Make sure to hit up the continental breakfast. Staff was on hand to help with any questions and constant restocking and they had great biscuits and gravy!

Great Breakfast!
Great Breakfast. Easy location. Friendly Staff. Pool area floor very dirty. They charge $15 for pets plus full cost of damages by a pet- double dipping?
