Not bad for being the cheapest in town
Our car broke down a little before Evanston and so we stopped at the Pilot right next door. We orignially tried to venture on but the car was still iffy so we got off and stayed at the Days Inn down the street in hopes of getting it into a mechanic in the morning.The next day and no mechanic visit later, my dad was on his was to come get us, all the way from San Diego. We knew the car was now going to be an expense so we looked up rates online to find the cheapest hotel in the area. This location was nice because we could walk around a mile to get to four or five fast food joints.[...] Also, the pool was out of service and it was a very warm day so that was kinda lame. The refrigerator was broken but we had and ice chest so that didn't bother us too much. Walls were a little thin but the rooms were clean and the air conditioning felt amazing. overall, if i were traveling on the cheaper end, i would go back.

Short walk from hotel
There is a nice little pond down the street which also has a river for swimming. This is on the same side of the street as the hotel. Across the street is a nice grassy park with tables and a little playground for kids.

it wa sfine clean room, didnt have breakfast in morning ,but had coffee 24 hrs so that was ok friendly people maid service was good location could have been better closer to town

Simple but clean
The hotel was at the very edge of town so we had to drive everywhere. The only problem with the room was that the toilet ran everytime anyone else in the hotel flushed. So it ran all night on and off. Other than that it was a clean simple room. The air conditioning worked great and their was a small fridge and microwave in the room. The staff was not over friendly but were courteous

Kinda swanky
The hotel rooms are big enough yet kinda swanky like. It was in a good location off of the highway. It is close to lots of resturants and a grocery store along with two gas stations.

Good room, good price.
We were mostly pleased with the room. The service was very good. The only complaints we had were that the water temp was very hard to regulate in the shower and there was lots of noise from incoming traffic. Nothing was out of the norm for a hotel this close to a major interstate. The room was very clean and everything we needed.
