Friendly and clean!

We only spent one night in Cheyenne, but we were very pleased with our hotel choice. The staff we had contact with, from the front desk, to maid, to checkout everyone was very friendly. The hotel is relatively new so everything is modern and in good shape. Our bed was very comfortable, the bathroom roomy, and everything was very clean. It's nice to have a microwave & fridge in the room, too. We would stay there again!

great hotel in Cheyenne

I went to visit my son for his birthday and chose this hotel because of the rate and the fact it was a new property. I was not let down in the selection. All of the staff was courteous and attentive. The only issue you may have, is that it is located in the extreme east side of town. So, you may have to drive a little more (10 minutes) to get to it. Otherwise, I do recommend it as a clean and fresh place to stay in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Cheyenne Sleep Inn Excellence

I was considering moving to Cheyenne, Wyoming. The desk receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Later I spoke with the hotel manager and I enjoyed getting to talk with her about the hotel business and the history of this particular Sleep Inn. When I was leaving, as I rolled the hotel luggage cart out to my car, the high winds struck and literally blew my heavy luggage off the cart. The hotel manager came racing out to help collect the spilled baggage. She couldn't have been nicer!!! The staff woman attending the breakfast area was also friendly and thoughtful and gave excellent help to all clients. During one breakfast one client became ill and the receptionist was very helpful in obtaining an ambulance for the man. I believe he merely was suffering from altitude sickness, but at his age, that can be quite serious. The staff was discrete and efficient.

Sightseeing tip: Not Applicable

The greenways of Cheyenne are filled with lovely parks, water areas and even fascinating old locomotive engines. The knowledge that at one time there were no trees in the area, makes one truly appreciate all the greenery and large trees found through out Cheyenne.

Nice stay

The check-in person was very friendly and helpful (the checkout person was not) and the room was clean and comfortable. I was travelling up I25 so it was a little out of the way, but still easy to get to off I80.

Good Place to Stay from Here to There

Loved the morning clerk, as he was very friendly and helpful at 5 am in the morning when we checked out. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The room was a good size room, and there wasn't any noise. It was a very quiet room. Draw backs were the young man who checked us in and was very upset we were interrupting his game. The only other thing is it took forever for the shower to get hot. I would suggest you turn it on and come back about 20 minutes later.

Shopping tip: Short drive from hotel

Great shopping center near the hotel, and Sierra Trading Post Outlet was just right down the road. The shopping center has a diverse group of eateries around it and in it. Easy to find and they seemed to be well attended.
