Someone gave one star too many for this hotel.
I stayed in an "Americas Best Value Inn" that was given 2 stars and was better than this place. I think they were on an amenities shortage. There was nothing in the room except for the bare minimum. I checked in late and there was one person in front of me and the individual behind the desk took so long I was just going to sleep on a chair. Then they wanted me to fill out all my info on the spot even though the room was prepaid. Amenities: one little bar of soap and one little bottle of shampoo. Thats it nothing more.

Fantastic Stay
The customer service rep was very helpful in directing us where some good eats were and very helpful with the checking in process. There continenital breakfast was good as well be like many others. We were not able to use the pool though because of the time of year but looked nice and enjoyable. Diffenantly would suggest.

Tahoe Lady
What a dump!
The one and only elevator reeked of black mold problem. They allow pets in all their rooms. There are 4 sets of train tracks right behind the motel. I have numerous allergies, requested a pet free room and a quiet area of the motel. It was expensive considering it was such a dump! Dogs in neighboring rooms barked all night long.

What a LET DOWN !!
After paying 250.00 for a suite at the La Quinta in Cheyenne Wy. with a check in time advertised as 1:00.What a joke we finnaly got our room at 4:30! The only staff that was not RUDE was the maid who was still cleaning our room at 4:30 at which time we were informed that they were out of soap and towels and she hoped we could share.I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel ever. There is a perfectly nice Motel 6 just down the road. I gaurantee that we will never stay at this hotel or any other La Quinta again!It was the worst hotel I have EVER been in bar none.

House Remodel
has gone downhill
Air did not work in the room and staff acted as if they didn't care. Breakfast was subpar. Have stayed previously and was a happy customer in the past, but the place has gone downhill in my opinion. I will not be staying there again.

La Quinta Inn Cheyenne
Very clean, comfortable room, front desk staff was VERY friendly and helpful (made a great recommendation for local food). The location was conveniently close to the highway, great for us passing through for the night.

Do not eat in Village Inn next to hotel, the waitresses are not professional and service sucks... never ever order the mashed potatoes and chicken parmesan, save yourself...
