Great location, good food, pleasant desk clerks, room could of been cleaner, especially furniture

Good experience! The room was clean and comfortable. Our room had 2 full size beds didn't realize how small that is and would have prefered a larger bed for two adults to sleep in. Ate breakfast at the restaurant and the food was great.

I selected the hotel based on location. It was a great location, and staff were very friendly and helpful. I was surprised to be charged for breakfast, however, considering the price of the stay and the usual complimentary breakfast fare.

The breakfast is not included and they have a small pool overrun by small children (Probably the wrong weekend).

The hotel was clean - housekeeping did a great job. The parking lot is not great and parking is an issue if the hotel is having an event.They have a pillow selection service which was great. If your hungry there is no room service after 9:00 pm.There is a Sonic across the way. Although a little out of the way from the business district road access was easy to get to and didn't take long at all

I came for a quiet getaway and to check out Cheyenne. Hotel Service was great and very responsive. I had a quiet, clean room with a wonderful view out the window of the city and plains. Only complaints I had were that I had a nonsmoking room which the odor of tobacco smoke came into my room one night via the bathroom ventilation from somewhere. When I called the front desk they were quickly responsive and sent up someone with air freshener which helped. They also offered to move me to another room if I wanted. I wished I could have opened a window or the bathroom had an exhaust fan to pull the smell out, but neither was possible. Windows are sealed shut for safety of children. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Business center problems were no working internet connection on computers so I could not print a map i wanted which the hotel did not have available of Cheyenne local bus system. But the hotel staff person trying to fix the internet connection immediately accommodated that need when she could not get the internet connection working by using one of the computers at the front desk and printing out what I wanted from there. This was my first visit to this hotel and Cheyenne. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone, and I would definitely use this hotel again when I return, which I do plan on doing.

Checked in easily. Slept and caught the shuttle.
