Terrified Booker
Horrible hotel never go there!
- Floor is dirty. There was a desk with no chair. The upholstered chairs were dirty. - Most of the electrical plugs are loose. Can't plug in the TV, laptop. - No remote for TV. - Fan is too much noisy. Can't use. - Air conditioning is noisy. Can't use. - One man operation of the hotel. Nobody in the front desk in the morning. Phone to get him. - It's not a hotel. Cheap motel. I will never book again. Stick with the brand name.

Satisfied customer
Friendly staff and great location
Very nice and friendly owners. Great location for exploring downtown Cheyenne on foot. Restaurant on lobby level offered a fine breakfast and complimentary coffee.

The owners operate the hotel and are quite friendly. The hotel is dated and they are working to refresh it. The price is nice. There is a lower level mexican cafe.
