Not Ready for Prime Time
Management said they had just taken over the property 7 days before we arrived and that new carpet and new beds would be there in two weeks. One of the rooms they were going to put us in had badly stained carpet and though billed as a non-smoking room, had a lingering smoke oder. Glad they understand that the property needs a major upgrade inside and out. A minimalist breakfast was served...bread & cereal only! Juice machine was out of order so milk and coffee were the only options. No napkins! When I told them they could have put a gallon of orange juice in the same ice tub with the gallon of milk, duh, they hadn't thought about that. They told me I would not recognize the place the next time we came. How's that for optimism? I wish them well, but it's going to take more than two weeks to get this property worthy of a return visit.

Shady Stay
Hotel was located near train tracks - very loud! When we arrived, we found out the hotel did not have a pool (like advertised), the halls smelled like cigarette smoke, the 'free breakfast' consisted of coffee and toast, and our ceiling fan was about to fly off the ceiling. Also, our key to the outside door didn't work. Don't stay here.

Not a three star hotel
This is a rundown property that someone is diligently trying to upgrade to a two star property at best with new tile in the bathroom and fairly new carpeting. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal and drinks. There is no swimming pool, no whirlpool; hair dryers and ironing boards are available at the desk. The first room we were given hadn't been cleaned...sheets slept in, no only one wash rag, sticky bathroom floor. And it is not within walking distance of any of Cheyenne's waonderful attractions.

Bed was very lumpy, missing towels, had to ask. Would not recommend. You list this as a 3 star motel. I would list it as 1/2 star.

smells like a meth lab
I walked in to smell a strong chemical oder and hear a screaming baby held by the clerk. There was a decrepit burned out gas station next door and all I kept thinking about was my vehicle being broken into or stolen.... bad spot!
