Upon check in I was told that someone would be on duty at the front desk 24/7, I called the front desk at approximately 9:30 pm for a wake up call and information about the hotel Wi-Fi link, the phone rang 15 times and I hung up after there was no answer, I then called back 5 minutes later and after 7 rings got a response. I was then told that the WI-FI was down and would not be available until the next day.

sleepless in casper
not what i expected
there were living and dead flies in our room. the bathroom door stuck so bad you had to kick it to get out. we were afraid to eat anything from the "continental breakfast" because nothing looked fresh. the carpet in the room and hallways was disgusting and we never took our shoes off. someone's car alarm went off during the night. we kept telling ourselves "it's just one night" and that got us through!

My room smelled. Air freshener would have been nice. Equiped with admidities needed for overnight stay.
