Very bad experience.
This hotel was very dirty! There were dead bugs all over the floor, the bathroom was filthy and the bedding was very questionable. We complained to the staff and was told we would not be charged for the stay. Still fighting that battle. We do NOT recommend this hotel!

Great staff attention, did all they could to help with a glitch in the reservation and accomodated us very graciously.

After reading mixed comments about Motel 6 in Casper and considering they were almost half the going rate in Casper I was a liitle concerned. Upon arriving, around 8:00AM, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I had stopped by to tell the desk I would be checking in late in the afternoon. When I did check in the room with 2 queen beds I found that it was "very" clean; and, as much as I looked I found no bugs; as was mentioned in one feedback. When I left I complimented the Counter check-in person and told her that I was very pleased with the room. The price was worth the risk; and, I did not find any of the negative items in other feedback. Dave

The BBBQ Restaurant that we were referred to for Dinner had fall off the bone BBQ St. Louis Ribs and my associate had the Brisket Sandwich and said it was excellent. That coming from a CPA says something.

You get what you pay for!
Who uses double/full size beds anymore? Unless there are specifically requested twin beds most hotel/motels have Queens and Kings. The beds were too small and too close to the walls. We like to be able to walk AROUND the beds! Didn't happen here. Also, is shampoo really THAT expensive that it cannot be provided? A little goes a long way. As far as info available to travelers about LOCAL places of interest I have to comment. We were just down the hill from the Oregon Trail Museum. Did Motel 6 have info about it? No! Lots of pamphlets and brochures about things in other states even, but nothing about the Museum. We had been to it before and knew it was a great FAMILY place to go and learn some valuable history. We wanted to take our grandchildren. We wanted to know if it was open on Sunday and what the prices were. The hotel clerk dismissed it by saying "Oh, they were supposed to bring us some but they haven't done it yet". Well, why don't you GO GET some so the hotel customers have them? Go the extra mile! Don't just say "It isn't part of my job"!!

My nephew was going to stay there too, but when they approached the motel there were police cars swarming the place. They turned around and found another place to stay. the morning we were leaving it looked like an undercover Cop showed up in the lobby inquiring about another employee. It made us curious!

Not up to expectation
Motel was noisy. Fan to heat unit was loud. No amenities in room, such as chairs, refrigerator, TV program list. It was not a fancy Motel, nor did we expect it to be, but we did expect at least a chair.

Good place to stay.
It was fine except for the hard matress and pillows were to hard tobe comfortable.So we did not sleep well. Aside from that everything was great and the staff was very profesional and very freindly.
