misunderstanding
Tried to change my length of reservation as soon as I arrived. Hotel said they could't do it as I had booked through a third party. I contacted you, and you told me to cancel my final night the day before I was going to leave. You contacted the hotel and was told that they would not refund the last night's stay. The hotel people told me that you had to refund me the money, as they didn't have anything to do with it.It came down to who do I believe you or the hotel. Someone isn't telling me the truth.I did exactly what the hotel requested me to do and I did exactly as you requested me to do, but I was still caught in the middle. Thanks Neil Lindholm

Convenient to Downtown
Was an OK place to stay for the night. Did not have restaurant facility. But, had plenty close by. Not very pet friendly, had no real place to walk dogs close by. Owners are trying to update will give them credit for. Did have breakfast that was convenient and was kept tidy
