Check in was very unfriendly. no attempt to guide us for options while we waited for our room to be ready. Had luggage cart inside with luggage on and had to take back out to car. No attempt was made to store luggage for us while we went for lunch. This set a tone for our stay. Imagine our complete surprise when we asked front desk for an extra pillow at 9pm and was told there were absolutely NO extra pillows available(Really??) There was no national disaster shelter mode that we were aware of. Checkout morning was equally lacking in friendliness, as we encountered a "couldn't care less if you had a good stay " attitude. This staff needs serious customer service training!!

Class Reunion
Excellent hospitality, everything needed for a wonderful weekeng. Came in for my class reunion, met with friends there and had a wonderful time. Very clean, nice and friendly atmosphere. Will defintiely be staying there again.

Good place to stay!!!
As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe & comfortable. I have passed thru Weston many times but this was my first overnight stay at this Holiday Inn. Staff was very nice & pleasant. Breakfast had many choices. My only complaint is my room at the end of the hall the door into the foyer closed loudly to get to or from the exit door.

One of the slowest elevators on the planet Sounds of running fans and AC equipment AC thermostat was inacurate 69 made ice cubes and 70 was too hot...never turned on (70) or never turned off (69)
