Disappointed
In our experience, this hotel did not warrant the 3 star rating. Front desk staff were unavailable, the room was not clean, and on the first floor, it was very loud. We check out a couple of hours after we arrived.

Served it's Purpose
The hotel was just what I needed. Clean, ideal location, great value. Nothing too fancy about it, but clean. Also has breakfast in the a.m. if you need a little pick-me-up before getting on the road. I'd stay here again.

Container used for Hot water at breakfast bar had been used for coffee at some point so my tea tasted like coffee which is important for tea drinkers

Great place for a relaxing night
I was in the area for a training. There is lots to do and enjoy. The Fiesta Tent Sale was located 28 miles away. Great base to travel out for short day trips.

Be sure to dine at the restored Nicholas County Bank, Dominics, located in downtown area of Summersville. Great entrees and dessert.

Everything was great except I could not watch speed or the golf channel. Hard to believe that a Hampton Hotel would be lacking in this category.

Very Commendable!!
From the greeting at the check-in to the check-out the staff was very professional. The room was very clean, spacious and plenty of ammenities. The bedding was very comfortable and breakfast was a treat. I truely enjoyed my stay!!
