NOT BAD!!!
My parents and I went to WV for our yearly July 4th family reunion. This was my first time staying at this hotel, now on the other hand my parents stay at this hotel every year. We each stayed in different rooms. The advantage was that I had a fridge and a flat screen tv, they had a out dated BOX TV and no fridge. This did not make a differance to me, but to some of you this may. (make sure you specify if you would like a fridge in your room) What it comes down to is "How was the stay" It was fine, I slept fine. The bed was soft, the shower was hot and everything was clean. (Oh and the staff was excellent) I will stay there again and again!!!

Not Fun at All
Country Inn and Suites, Summersville, WV was suppoed to be a little overnight retreat for my husband and myself. We got there and everything looked great. We got into our room and everything seemed fine until the neighboring hotel guests arrived and were kicking down doors, screaming and yelling. We called the front desk and they had somone come up and tell them to stop but it continured on after that. At one point I felt as if I should go hide because I thought for sure guns were going to start coming out soon. We called the front desk again. The woman came up and spoke with the lady kicking in all the doors and then just left. It still continued... not at any time no matter how many times we called woudl they offer or give us another room. In the morning we checked out and told the manager on duty how unhappy we were and that we had had absolutely no sleep. She offered to credit us $25 back which we didn't feel was sufficient since a hotel is a place to rest during travels and we got no rest. The manager then got an attitude in her voice and told us she would have to check with her corporate offices and would call us at our home number the following day. It has been 6 days and still no call. The customer service was terrible. Try putting those people that worked there in a room all night and enduring what we endured and then tell me how fast I might get my money back then. Other than that.. location was ideal, although in Amaerica's largest speed trap so be careful when getting there.
