nothing crazy good or bad. just a simple hotel with a simple price. serves its purpose well!

Service was great. Rooms were clean. Staff was pleasant. The construction/remodeling that was occurring was quite bothersome, it was noisy and the workers were everywhere. They started their work way to early in the am for our vacation hours.

My family stayed at this hotel for one evening as a pit stop on our way home from vacation. We arrived late, about 11:30 and we were able to get to sleep around 1AM hoping to wake by 9AM and grab some breakfast and get back on the road. They accidentally gave us a smoking room so they upgraded us to a larger non-smoking which was fine. The room was nice. But at 6AM we were rudely awakened to the sounds of the squeaky floor above us. It was only the person above us walking but it was unbeleivably squeaky! In addition, there was a construction truck outside our door leaking exhaust in our room. At 7AM we had enough of tossing and turning and we got up, fed the baby and went to check out. We explained to the assistant manger on duty about the issue. She shrugged her shoulders and said "Well, you should have called us then." I explained being moved to another room at 6:30 AM would have been very inconvenient as we would have to move luggage and a portable crib to another room just to try to get another hour or two of sleep. She simply shrugged her shoulders and said she couldnt do anything about it since we paid through [...]. We contacted [...]and even [...]tried contacting them. They stated since we were there for more than 6 hours they would not reimburse us. If we would have gotten an apology for the situation we were in, I would have considered staying at this hotel again as long as we were placed on the top floor so we wouldn't be woken up by squeaky floors. Since the hotel staff was extremely rude, I don't think I will ever be staying at a Best Western again.

We had a pleasant restful evening at the Motel. It was in a great location.

Had a late night check in and the desk clerk was very friendly. The parking lot was crowded with fishing boats for the nearby lake, so parking was a little tight. The lobby is very small and the outside is kinda dark. My first impression of the room was bad, because the carpet in the room was very stained. But that was a cosmetic issue and everything else was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a good bit of noise in the morning from the highway traffic and everyone leaving for the lake. Overall it was a nice place to spend the night on my way through the area and I would stay again in the future.

Cleanliness being very important, this was a good choice. Staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast selection. Older motel with rooms above and on all sides, so you will hear a little noise as people move about, but remember the noise comes from the people not the motel. Would stay again.

Convenient location. The room was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and the continental breakfast was quite adequate. We make this trip a couple of times each year, and we'll use this facility again.

This was a stop on the way back from vacation. The hotel was spotless, the beds were comfortable and it was a very restful sleep before continuing our journey home. The continental breakfast was wonderful, many items to choose from, more than I have seen in bigger hotels.

It was comfortable and easy access to resturants.
