Good amd bad
Couldn't get the elevator to go past the 7th floor and had to get management to help after 2 failures. $6 to park my own car not nice, especially when no other parking option. Room was very nice and comfortable. We will go back if we travel to Morgantown again.

it is just OK
the room was not that comfortable. the bed was as if it was on it's last leg. the couch was low and uncomfortable. the chair was OK but was the only one. the sink was partially plugged and we ask that they clean the drain but nothing was done.

Disappointing
Overall experience was just okay. We were traveling through on the Interstate and wanted a clean, comfortable bed to sleep on AND a nice pool to relax in. The bed was great, but inside the pool area, the air was so hot and humid that you couldn't enjoy being there. It was not refreshing at all. Disappointed. Our bathroom toilet ran all while we were there even throughout the night AND the alarm clock went off in the middle of the night waking us from a sound sleep!!! The bathroom sink had a lovely tissue holder, but the tissue somehow was wet (inside the holder) and the tissue was damp and kept tearing before you could get a hold of one to use it!!! The bathroom sink needed an aerator because the water just came out and had no direction, splashing into the sink!!! We will not stop here ever again.

Very Pleasant Stay
This is certainly the best place that I have ever stayed in Morgantown. They even have a shuttle that will take guests into the downtown area and pick them up, although they don't advertise this (it is advertised as an airport shuttle).
