Wondeful Experience
Was there for a WVU tour. People are friendly and helpful. Rooms are new with high tech "dial your comfort" beds and marble counter tops in bathroom are all new and classy. Hotel breakfast was very good and inexpensive compared to the Waterfront downtown which had horrible food in comparison. Nice big flat screen TV. Close to the University. Beautiful and safe area. Shuttles to WVU.

New shopping center with several restaurants within a short walk. Buffalo Wild Wings was a perfect quick sports night out.

Would definitely stay here again.
The accommodations were very good and the location is convenient. Located at a mall with many restaurants to choose from, in addition to what is available at the hotel. The bed was perfect. We stayed here prior to going to a WVU ballgame and the proximity to the stadium and coliseum is very good.

Medical School Parents
Close to the Kids
We enjoy this hotel as it is close to the university and our kids that are in medical school and the nursing program. Lots of great restaurants close by as well. The staff is very helpful and attentive.

Hilton Garden Inn
While the accommodations were very nice, it was upsetting to us that the continental breakfast was NOT complimentary. You would think that a hotel with the name "Hilton" would offer a free breakfast, especially with the room cost of $100+. I have stayed at motels of "less stature" and lower room cost that offered a good complimentary breakfast. Also, the indoor pool had what appeared to be algae growing in it.

Nice experience
In town for a short visit with family. New property with large room and lovely walk-in shower. A bit on the pricey side.

Great Graduation
ROOM WAS WELL APPOINTED AND COMFORTABLE, ALBEIT A BIT PRICEY. It was graduation weekend in Morgantown and the Hotel and staff went out of their way to welcome graduates and their families from fresh flowers in the lobby in WVU school colors to candies wrapped with school logo. Pool while clean was pitifully small and the water had a very unpleasant salty taste. Not what I would expect at a pool.

Great family getaway
Since it was a holiday weekend we almost had the whole pool to ourselves. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. The hotel was excellent and the front desk personnel were very friendly. The pool was not as clean as we expected, especially for a newer hotel.

Jimmy Johns subs were excellent for a quick meal and located in the same shopping area as the hotel.

Great Place
We were there to see our son play and it was at West Virginia University. The Hotel was in a perfect place and was close to all we needed. We would really stay at this hotel again. We are very happy to say that Hilton Garden Inn was a very comfortable place to stay. The only thing I wish was they had a breakfast included without having to pay extra for it. We have been coming to see our son for two years now and we are so glad we tried the Hilton Garden Inn. The other places we have stayed were nice as well but this was by far the closest to the area we need. there are places to walk to as well.

The University is close to the hotel and there are places to eat, go shopping, there is a grocery store close by within walking distance, and there are more places coming into the strip mall.
