Great for Mountainfest Goers
Hampton Inn never dissapoints us. Morgantown location's staff was courteous. Lots of extra towels on hand when we got caught in the rain on our bike. Breakfast was awesome as usual. Room was very clean. The location was in the heart of Morgantown and close to everything. Overall, the weekend was a great experience. We will stay here again next year.

Applebee's is next door and you get a discount! University Town Center is nearby and you have more choices such as Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Cheddars, and Longhorn.

Nice hotel in nice location
Typical Hampton Inn good quality in a location very close to WVU's Evanston Campus and hospital, and within walking distance of several good restaurants.

convenient and clean
We were touring colleges so being adjacent to WVU was convenient. Nice to have breakfast included but wish there had been a pool. I like it better when the sink is outside of the bathroom so that you can be getting ready while someone else is in the shower.

Consistent with branding
This Hampton compares well with all Hampton Inns. If you've stayed at a Hampton, you'll get exactly what you expect. It's clean, has a continental breakfast, free wireless internet, beds/rooms have the standard set of amenities: coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, etc...

This is the ONE!!
After many stays in Morgantown, I have found the hotel I will continue to visit. It made me so happy to get into that comfy bed and wake to good breakfast and coffee in the lobby.

Great location, renovation is a mess
The hotel is in a great location close to Mylan, WVU, and next door to an Applebee's. I really like the Hampton Inn chain, but this one is hurting and corporate management needs to get on the ball and stage an intervention. I've stayed three times over the past year and something has always been torn up during a renovation. This week the lobby is a complete mess. Lots of dust and noise at check-in. The breakfast was moved to guest room and reduced to a fruit juice and single serving rice-krispy bars. They didn't even bother to brew coffee! There are lots of deferred maintenance problems accumulating. I had to change rooms because the door on my first room wouldn't shut. The men's bathroom in the lobby was out of order. Floor lights in the elevator are not working. I hope they fix it fast, or they will start losing repeat customers.

Ok for the price
Nothing I can think of. I've stayed at Hampton Inns many times. They are all consistency dependable. Wish the continental breakfast always included eggs.

Very nice
Everyone was very hospitable while we were in Morgantown to revisited the WVU campus. The hotel was centrally located which made it easy to get to places we had not had the opportunity to see since our son graduated in May, 2005. Our stay was very pleasant and we look forward to our next visit.
