The hotel was clean, help friendly and prices reasonable. The location was very convenient, close to the University and shopping and eating.

If you do not need a fancy room, just some place to clean up and sleep, this is a perfect place.

We arrived a little early so we had to wait. When we did check in, we drove to our room and the maid was still in there. The room was clean and the location was good for where the dorms were located. If you don't plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel this is a decent place to stay.

Very nice room everything they said
The room was very clean Check in and out was easy and the people were very freindly I would highly recomend this hotel and will use it again

There are many Resturant, and shopping within two miles, Shoneys with in walking distance(in same Praking lot ho hotel).

The room was very clean but we asked for a non smoking room and the room smelled highly of cigarette smoke.

Beware of noise
I was in Morgantown for back surgery so we needed a room close to Ruby Memorial. Hotel was a great location, but no one told us of the Construction next door that went on all day (heavy equipment). For my wife, I was glad it was well lite and near Shoneys, that was a plus. Our room, when we arrived, had not been properly cleaned and we had to leave the maid explecit instructions to clean, which they very promply did and it was clean from then on.

Eat-in or carry out at Shoneys is a 10% discount when you stay at the hotel. Be sure and mention it when you order. This is nice when you are there with someone who cannot go out to eat, like myself after discharge from Ruby Memorial.

The good, the bad, and the really ugly
The location was great but the room wasn't very clean. Our room wasn't cleaned on the second day and we had no new towels or wash cloths for the second day of our stay. We also had no coffee for our coffee pot. We will never stay at this motel ever again, we also are not recommending it to any of our family and friends. We travel several times throughout the year on business trips as well as vacations. My recommendation is that this motel needs a lot of cleaning up,also the service is lousy. My sister stayed a few miles away at your other motel and they loved it since they couldn't get a room in the same one that we did. I told her she was lucky that they didn't because this one was horrible. Also the room had fleas and they were biting us all night long. It really was a horrible stay.
