No Room @ the Inn
After a long day of traveling, my business companion and I arrived at the hotel to find that it had been "overbooked". The staff directed us to a nearby Golf Resort, where they had "re-booked" us. While I appreciate them for honoring the room reservation, both my business associate and I were considerably less than pleased to be re-booked to a hoitel that was unable to honor our booked special requests and - much worse - whose Internet service was in name only (think: Internet thru a cocktail straw). This was, after all, a BUSINESS trip !

Room was good. Had to twice request one with a microwave/fridge. Charge $10.00 for pets of all sizes. [...]gave best price. We paid a lot more there last year by booking directly with Comfort Inns.

Overnight
Got to the hotel after drive 15hrs. The clerk gave us our room key and we went up. However, the room was already booked and someone else was in the room. So we had to get a new room. I went to take a shower and the shower was covered, like FULL, of hair. Like a man shaved and it was never cleaned. After finally showering I tried to fall asleep, however the walls were so thin I could hear my neighbors TV all night. Over all, not clean and hardly any sleep.

Do not go there at all
To be honest, the rooms in the hotel are the typical wonderful rooms of Comfort Inn that I am used to in any Comfort Inn with same exact facilities and everything. The place is so quiet for relaxation but the location is very scary at night and you cannot reach it easily. It is really scary. The staff were not welcoming or inviting to anything. You feel like you are in a mohtel not an hotel. The breakfast was not at all that I am used to at Comfort Inn. It was not breakfast actually, it was some rest of food they are putting. For me, I thank God that it was only one night as I was visitng a friend but I do believe that I could not stay more there. By the way, the pool was closed for maintenance!!

A nice hotel--beds were comfy and sheets were cotton and soft. the shower was great for a hotel. they were doing some renovation in the lobby, but it didn't affect the rest of the hotel.

Disappointed
I stayed there during a snow storm rather than driving home. I was counting on getting in the hot tub, but there was a sign on the door that it was out of order. My cell phone was dead, but I thought I could use the phone in my room to call home. I repeatedly got a busy signal thoughout the evening and night and was unable to call home. When I told the desk clerk the next morning, she said I needed to tell the clerk the next time that happened. Like duh, I was telling her then! She also never offered the use of a phone at any time so that I would be able to call my wife at home.
