Spent a restful just-us-two get-away weekend. Large room, comfortable bed, nice staff, full breakfast, quiet. A very good ... value.

Bavarian Inn Restaurant, quite good southern German food, plus American-type entrees, is in Shepherdstown about a 30 minute drive away. From motel, turn right, cross I-81 to Route 11. Turn right, go south on 11 to Route 45. Turn left, follow Route 45 to Shepherdstown. In town, turn left on Route 480 to sign for Inn on left.

GREAT HOTEL< GREAT SERVICE!!

I came to visit my girlfriend and we stayed at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we ... needed, not only that, they were extremely friendly and very well mannered! The breakfast was early but they have the best cinnamon buns I think I have ever eaten. I am definitely recommending this hotel to anyone who is passing through Martinsburg WV!!

I recommend going to Hershey Park, it's an amusement park, it's about 90 miles up the road from this hotel, but it is definitely worth the drive unless you have a few hundred to stay at the Hershey hotel by the park..

Convenient & Comfortable

I was traveling I-81 by myself & found this to be a convenient location off the highway with a gas station close by. The ... service was pleasant & prompt. My room was larger than expected & had a nice sitting area with the bed in an alcove. This meant that despite being diagonally across from the elevator and having many families staying there, my room was nice and quiet. The included breakfast offered good variety - the little cheese omelettes were just fine. Coffee is so-so. It seemed to be a great place for families with small children most of whom seemed to be enjoying the outdoor pool.

I stayed on the way from Michigan to Newjursey through Kentuckey to visit my doughter friend. I didn't expect too much for ... this stay but stuff well come us very friendly, room was clean and confortable. This hotel is not conbinience for me to use usually because of my home is too far and trip this place is very hard for us. But if someone through this city, I recomend them to stay this Holiday Inn Exp.

The front desk help was good when I got there and the lady was friendly. Later two men were behind the desk and they said ... the fitness center was only open between 9am and 6pm. The carpet was not clean in the hall. The inside corridor had a very, very heavy smell of smoke.

It is located in a more rural type area. It is right off of I-81, but very quiet. I have stayed there many times, and I have ... always been happy with the accomodations. I always try to get a room with an even number, because they have a much nicer view.

There are only a few Pizza Carry Outs, one Chinese Carry Out, and a McDonald's near the property. It is only about a 10 minute drive to Martinsburg where you can get anything you want to eat. I know that I must plan ahead for meals. It has a decent Continental Breakfast.

This is a great hotel, close to shopping, resturants and right on I81. For us close to home. Needed a place to have some ... quite time and do some studying. The price is very resonable, the staff, very nice, and the contintential breakfast was suprisingly good. Would recommand for anyone coming to town for business.

Had a lot of area to walk pets and even let them loose to run a bit! Comfy bed and pillows. Poor selection of local ... eateries, but more were found a few exits away.

This Holiday Inn Express was exactly like all the others I have stayed in. The service was very good. The Breakfast Bar ... they have in the morning was always well stocked and the food was fresh. The showers had great pressure. It was easy to get in and out of the Hotel as it is right off the interstate exit.
