Friendly Staff
Hotel room was clean, stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days... not bad at all, didn't use the pool....

A little out of way, but a good value
I had intended to stay at the Comfort Inn on Edwin Miller Boulevard, but apparently was confused when I made the reservation. This hotel is a couple of miles out of the way, but it's easy to get to and is a decent value. Nothing spectacular, but the room was clean, plenty of channels, and free wi-fi.

Friendly Staff

The room wasn't quite what we expected....the "partial room divider" was an archway in the room....no privacy for my daughter or my husband and I..be careful what you book. I told them that isn't what the description was. Told them that the room was supposed to have a half wall (at least that's what the picture showed). The pool was closed because of the time of year..there was no "spa" (guy at desk--all of about 23) said he "didn't know why they advertised for that..false adversing" (his own words). Good location, though, to go sightseeing around Harpers Ferry, Antietam Battlefield, Charles Town and Shepardstown. Plenty of restaurants to find all varities of food to your liking--although on the ad in the room there was supposed to be an "all you can eat seafood buffet" at the Clarion near Harpers Ferry---they closed that 2 yrs ago...someone needs to check out these details..very important when you're hunting seafood. Do wish the hotel link had more/better pics for the choosing...might have booked a larger room (although I think that I did--the 23 yr old made a mistake when we checked in). Overall: Decent.
