At initial check in we had to sit on the couch in the lobby because after 3pm in the day our room was still not clean and ready for us to use. Other than that the overall stay was good. We were just left to ourselves and not really bothered by anybody.

Clean room, missing amenities
We were a bit disappointed that the pool was closed. We were also disappointed that there was no microwave or fridge in the room. The room was clean. The view was good. The price could have been lowered since the pool, the microwave and the fridge were not available. I would recommend to a friend if these things did not matter, however they would do better to book with another hotel. If we had been offered a better price because of these omissions my rating would have been higher.

Hotel room was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful and it was an easy off and back on to the Interstate. Only complaint we had was the coffee maker cord was too short and the coffeemaker did not make good coffee. Other than that we have no complaints and would and will recommend it to our friends who travel that area.

Hospital, Marshall University activities and plenty of dining locations readily available, usually within five minutes of driving from the hotel.

Very family priced
The staff was great. Was there to take a grand daughter home from the hospital and everything was great and the price was wonderful. Would recomend to others. Breakfast was good too. Will be back if the need arrives.

Very Family Friendly
The room was clean and neat. I liked the vanity being in the same room as the bathroom. The beds were big enough, but kind of hard and the pillows were flat. The pool looked nice. Overall it was a pleasant experience except for the fact that whoever was in the room above us made alot of noise until 1am.
