Excellent service, convenient location
I attended my niece's graduation (MD) across the street. Nice reception afterward in the Pullman Plaza Ballroom. No complaints.

Hotel is the in the center of the best downtown shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Nice walkable area.

The hotel was easy to locate but was old, dirty and noisy (walls are paper-thin). I was told valet parking was required, which I found to be inconvenient. Room service took more than an hour to deliver.

Terrific accommodations
I wanted a downtown location that wasn't a chain and that I believed would help promote local, downtown businesses. This hotel has been here for nearly 30 years, first as a Holiday Inn, then a Radisson, before becoming a part of the whole Pullman Square development downtown.I was also looking for something within walking distance of downtown attractions, including Pullman Square, Heritage Village, and Harris Riverfront Park.I was ready for an "OK" accommodation. I was more than pleasantly surprised! The latest remodel has made this a truly world-class hotel. I was fortunate to be high up on the ninth floor with a river view, which was just fantastic.The room itself was clean and comfortable.I appreciated the included valet parking service, the free breakfast and the free drink each night at the hotel bar. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Huntington for any reason. The [...] price I received was more than reasonable.

All within a reasonable walk: the historic Keith-Albee Theater, Heritage Village, Harris Riverfront Park, Big Sandy Superstore Arena and the new Pullman Square development (which some locals may call "Super Block").

Hidden in Huntington
Convenient, quiet, clean rooms and great service. They should offer free internet connection, it's $9.94 a day. And the lighting in the bathroom is not good, almost impossible to apply makeup and see what you're doing!!!

posh at the right price
The Pullman Plaza is located in the heart of the city. Checking in and out was a breez. Also, I was in walking distance to bars, restaurants, theatres, etc. My room was exceptionally nice with a beautiful view of the river and a complimentary full breakfast each morning and free cocktails each evening. I'm sure I will be staying at the Pullman Plaza on my next trip to Huntington.
