HIE Stay at Fairmont, WV
Nice clean hotel in a convenient location with friendly and helpful staff. UNfortunately there were a few bumps. First my card key didn't work for the pool/spa room and the staff had to let me in after creating another key that didn't work. Then the new key that was created then didn't work for my room. Next wireless didn't work so I couldn't get any work done and the cable went out a couple of times. Not the least of all was that there was a light outside that seemed like itwas pointed right at my room so I had to try to sleep with a bright light shining inmy room all night but that was ok since I couldn't get any sleep anyway with the freeway traffic that sounded like it was running through my room. Other than that it was a great stay.

Morgantown visit
22 miles away from WVU. Not too bad of a commute to visit son. Nice pool and hot tub. Very clean and spacious well appointed room with free Wifi. Would highly recommend. Price was fair but not great.

The accommodations were excellent. The interior design of the hotel was well thought out and very attractive. Breakfast could be better. The scrambled eggs were inedible, and I am not a fussy eater. The staff was polite, but not friendly. I think there could be some improvement there. One of the house staff walked in on me napping. She didn't wait for anyone to answer. Ooops. All in all, for the money, it was a positive experience.

Fantastic Family Trip
We had a great time, anything we asked for or needed they were right on time with getting. It was newly remodled and very nice. The only disappointment we had was the heater in the pool was broken and our family had been looking forward to swimming. The fitness room was very nice and the continental breakfast was filling and delicious. A great start to our day. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Short drive from hotel
Valley Worlds of Fun is a great day trip for the family. They have awesome indoor and outdoor activities, it could use a bit of updating,but for the money and everything you get to do its a pretty good deal. The kids had a blast!
