Clean, friendly and fun location

Received upgraded room due to requirement for non-smoking room. Able to walk to numerous restaurants. Good complimentary ... breakfast. Quiet envirounment. Friendly and helpful staff

Great location, just hold your nose

The personnel at the counter was extremely helpful and organized. The location was perfect for restaurants and walking ... distance to a friendly Wal-mart. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. There was no attention to detail to the smell and dust, mold in shower and the smell within the linen! They neeed to get rid of the down comforter. Even though they may have replaced to linen covering the comforter, the comforter itself smells like old perfume and other scents. The pillows are the same. I thought I was about to die. Because the way the comforters are part of the bed assemble, I honestly thought someone slept in the room! It was an aweful first impression.

This was an overnighyt stay on a longer trip. Easy to find. Lots of restaurants around. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great ... breakfast!

Although it was on the top of the hill next to the hotel, my husband and I walked up to Billy's. The menu included enough choices that everyone in our party found something they liked (meatloaf to prime rib) and the food was very good. Service was excellent and the lodge-like decor was very cozy.

Accomodated our early arrival. The room was cool and clean and there were plenty of towels. When we returned from our ... outing, they let us know that there was free fountain soda for guests! great, no buying from vending. Our room was quiet and very dark - great for sleeping. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!

Our family traveled together and, based on feedback posted by others here, I decided to reserve rooms at the Hampton Inn. We ... were not disappointed. The staff was attentive and friendly, the room was large, clean, and met all our needs. The bed, especially, was very comfortable. My husband likes a firmer bed and I like a softer bed so we usually don't find a bed that we both like, but we did both like this one. The free breakfast in the morning was very good, nice variety. They also have free coffee, tea and soft drinks all hours in the lobby. The location was very convenient. Right off 119, it made getting on I-64 very easy. There were plenty of dining choices available within walking distance, and if we had wanted to shop, we could have done that as well. Overall, this was a very positive experience.

I arrived thirsty--there were plenty of soft drinks and coffee to drink, but no water.I really wanted water. The hotel clerk ... found and gave me 2 bottles of water. The staff was very couteous and helpful. I had very few interactions beyond check-in, but I knew they'd be there if I needed them. At Hampton Inns, the coffee is superb, and always fresh. I love the fact that fresh fruit and soft drinks are always available along with the coffee. The staff makes you feel welcome-- this is my third or fourth stay at a Hampton Inn, and they always make me feel welcome.

A shorrt walk away are some places to eat. I did not use them this time, but Panera was excellent the last time I stayed there-- it was cold and the hot soup tasted wonderful.
