The hotel is very clean and the service is excellent. Our in-room safe's battery went out while I was using it and they sent a very nice and knowledeable maintenance man to attend to it immediately. Breakfast is average, but was included in the price.

We stayed at 7 different hotels in the last 10 days. This hotel was by far the best value, cleanest and most enjoyableto stay at by far.

The hotel was very nice, clean and appealing. There was a pool that we did not get to enjoy but a load of folks were enjoying the pool and the hot tub. We forgot our suits...breakfast bar was one of the best wiht bacon, biscuits, omelets, waffles...and several attendants who made sure nothing ever went empty. The coffee was really good too. The room was comfortable and I love that the comforters did not have down in them because down can set off my allergies! Bed was great...room had loads of space and included a desk, chair and foot stool. bathroom was very clean. Located in a business district but definitely a fun place to stay.

We stayed 3 nights while visiting my Dad in his new independent living apartment. The breakfast was very good! We were able to use the conference room for a family meeting, so that was so convenient. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. The bed was very comfortable as was the air conditioning. The only drawback was that we didn't feel the housekeeping staff was up to par. We had to ask for the toilet to be cleaned and cobwebs were hanging from the ceiling.

THIS IS A WONDERFUL HOTEL.I LOVE THAT IT SITS UP ON A HILL BACK AWAY FROM THE INTERSTATE.CLOSE TO ALOT OF SHOPPING AREAS,BEAUTIFUL SCENERY,QUIET SUROUNDING,NEAT,VERY CLEAN,EXSTREMLY NICE PERSONAL BEHIND THE DESK AS WELL CLEANING AND CUSTODIAN WORKERS.I WAS REALLY PLEASED. ON A SCALE OF 10 AND 10 BEING THE BEST ,WE GIVE A[ 10] FOR WORK I HOTEL STAY WEEKLY TS IS TRULY THE NCEST.THE WORKERS ARE AWSUME AYTHING THEY CAN DO TO HELP YOU THEY DID.WE WERE TRAVELING FROM OUT OF STATE TO SEE FAMILY ,MY DAD HAS DEMENTIA .I MADE THEM AWARE OF THAT WHEN I CHECKED IN JUST IN CASE,THE CUSTODIAN EVEN CHECKED IN ON HIM BECAUSE DS DOOR WAS OPEN.HOW COOL IS THAT.THIS PLACE IS FULL OF GOOD PEOPLE.THANKS TO EVERY ONE.

Overall, I was disappointed in the accommodations. I requested a room with a fold out sofa for additional bedding needs. When I got to the room there was only the bed and a chair. My grandson wound up sleeping on the floor. The front desk did not offer a mattress and I was told that nothing could be done to compensate me. I would think twice before returning despite the fact that it was clean and food was adequate.

We enjoyed the area activities such as the Blackberry Festival and the glass factory tour and returned to a relaxing room. This was a fun adventure in a beautiful area of the USA.

It is a lovely hotel that is in an unexpected place with a great view. I would love to be there in the nice weather. Traveling for 2 days down to SC, staying 2 days for my sons graduation from bootcamp, then traveling 2 days back, this hotel was a very welcome break and time to relax. The driving had been horrible and my hands and body we so sore from clenching the wheel that the first thing we hit was the hot tub. It was heaven. There is a restaurant and a gas station/quicky mart type deal within walking distance. The staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean and the breakfast rocked. Deffinately would stay again!!
