Visit My Son in Beckley
This hotel is a very nice place to stay I just wish the bed was a little softer other than that I will stay there when I visit again.

Considering the area and the convienence, do GOOD AT ALL!!!! The staff, room and hotel were completely awful, could not even walk on the floor without sandals on... $20 more a night is completely PRICELESS given the competition in the area....would not reccomend to even someone on your "worst" list

Bed bugged
Bed Bugs
Found a bed bug after the first night. They gave me a new room. Fortunately I was not bitten. They need to be careful about these critters.

Great Stay!
The hotel was nice and had a great location. Everything was easy to find. The lobby attendants were very welcoming and helpful.

The good, the bad, and the real ugly
They had no blankets, the bed was so far apart with such a small table in between, that you could not reach the table from your bed without getting out. The staff was unfriendly, the remote wouldnt work to turn off the TV, so you had to get up to do it. There was not one extra outlet in the room to plug anything in, we definatly would not have stayed 2 nights if we could of checked out early. We had a no return policy on the room.

Dirty
The room was dirty with hair stuck on the bathroom wall and something in the corner (actually it looked like an old french fry). I don't believe the sheets had been changed as they were very wrinkled.

Good overnight stay
The hotel is at the low end of the scale. Little variety for the continental breakfast, rough towels, but nice staff.
