Noisy and defensive
Thin walls, loud music and TV from other rooms heard all night. Hotel staff defensive and rude.

so-so
hotel was fairly clean, however soundproofing was poor. Heard every step of the people above us. Continental breakfast was minimal. My kids were disappointed that the pool was closed most of the day as they there "adding chemicals". Person at the desk didn't seem to care too much about reopening the pool.

Terrific Staff, So So Room
The lady at the front when I checked in was very friendly and helpful. So was the gentleman who was workinng when I checked out. Howeer, the room reeked of cigar smoke and this is a non-smoking hotel.

Good hotel, no refrig
Staff was good.Room was clean and room service good. Room was a bit small, and no mini-refrigerator, which I needed, because I stayed for a week.

Friendly Staff
The staff was great, always there to open the door and called me by name when they saw me. It is in a great location, close to the highway, places to eat and not far from the ski resort.
