Nice and clean
The hotel was clean and peaceful. Unfortuately the pool is small and only 4 feet deep- a few kids and it is full with no where to swim. The restaurant in the hotel has great dessert and is open until 10:00 at night. The room was comfortable but our cable was a little fuzzy.

Booked for the wrong week
I was there to attend the estate auction of my late father. Not an enjoyable trip under any circumstances. I had booked the trip for the wrong week and the hotel would not let me change the date for my reservation. I understand the policy but it made for a bad start to the stay. They told me that I should call Orbits but had no phone number so I just had to eat two bills for that stay. I hate to give anymore feedback because I am probably looking at the situation with clouded glasses. I will not use Orbits again even if I save money. I sometimes make mistakes and it isn't worth the chance that you take. The hotel would not even meet the price knowing that they were going to get paid twice for the same room.

Just Fine
Arrived around 7pm. The one person at the desk was really busy and it took about 10 minutes to check in. The rooms were really clean and everything worked. Internet was free and worked great. The bathroom especially gleamed like brand new. There was a pool but what we didn't have time to take advantage of it. There is a restaurant in the hotel called Kem's which had no reviews on google, so we didn't try it.

Holiday Inn at Beckley WV
Room was nice, quiet, comfortable and very clean. Nice big bathroom with plenty of hot water. Will stay agin if in the area.

Weekend Getaway Travelers
Excellent Service and Comfort
We booked this hotel last minute. Arrived at the hotel very late due to unforseen circumstances. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. We were upgraded to a suite for the night. The room was spacious and spotless. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have EVER experienced. My only regret is that we were not able to stay longer to enjoy the hotel more. We will definitely return!

Family get together
The rooms were very clean, the staff was polite and very friendly. Nice menu in the resturant. The bar was especially nice. The other guest were even nice and friendly.

Parking Lot War
The motel allowed large trucks/trailers to park in the front lot taking up to 6 parking spots, plus several cars parked on the parking spot markings using up two parking spots. I had to park in the very rear along with the semi trucks. The elevator needs greased, when it reaches the top floor it makes a terrible noise like the tracks need grease, very slow for only 4 floors! I started using the stairs. Parking the biggest problem. Staff was very good.
