Clean and Comfortable
Hotel & room were clean and comfortable. There are a lot of hotels at this exit, and I have stayed in about half of them. This is one of the better ones. A lot of senior citizens, so plan accordingly for the breakfast bar! Location is also very close to the highway, which makes it easy to get off and back on.

We had just stayed at a Raddison in Pittsburgh. There was no comparison except for value for dollar. No comparison. Free computer use, clean rooms, extremely helpful and professional staff---great experience

Thanks but no thanks
The access road was a conjoined for 4 different businesses which made going in an out difficult, dangerous, and time consuming. This was one of the Hamptons that has the ceiling vent without electric exhaust fan switch. The vent is worthless without the fan at eliminating odor or steam post shower from the bathroom. The result is a smelly room and a bathroom mirror you can't use after showering. The very least that could be provided is an odor neutalizing spray freshener. Needs 2nd wafflemaker.

Short drive from hotel
Tamarack is close by and worth taking a look at. The building is beautiful and the displays of arts and crafts are very nice.

Smoking Rooms on the Weekend
This was a quick stop on our way back home. I made the reservation the day before and requested a non-smoking room. Of course when I arrived there were no non-smoking rooms left, and the person at the front desk was not helpful at all. [...] We decided to stay - they room was not that bad, but I was a little put off with the customer service.
