Hotel was clean and had year-round pool access. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I paid twice the amount for a room in this hotel as I did a year ago. They had also decreased ammenities in the room - no refrigerator or microwave. Biggest Complaint: I am very allergic to down pillows. I went to the desk to ask for synthetic as I have done previously. The desk clerk shrugged when I said I couldn't breath when sleeping on down. He said he had looked previously in the day and there were no synthetic pillows available and gave me trashbags to wrap the pillows in. Within an hour of trying to go to sleep I had to take my rescue inhaler and sleep without pillows. The clerk was the least caring deskclerk at any hotel I've ever been in. He didn't even attempt to come up with another solution. Trash bags do not seal in the allergins well enough and if I had put face into the trashbag pillow I could have suffocated. He has apparently given that suggestion before, I am fearful he may suggest it with a child. I will never go back to this hotel because of the Desk Clerk and his "solution". I will also be writing corporate about my visit.

Great service

Great stay...the pool, as stated by others was not the cleanest. This is due to the fact they have a indoor/outdoor pool, and over the coarse of a day leaves and other debrit are coming in from outside. The pool and hot tubs were quite warm and that bwas a plus. As for the room and beds, we loved them. I highly recommend this hotel.

Visited with family. The fitness room consisted of only 2 treadmills...there wasn't even room to do stretching, let alone any real work-out. Then although there were no changes in our itenerary we paid $100 more at check out than what was stated in our [...] confirmation!The bed wasn't very comfortable, but then that was to be expected. Also, you had to go to breakfast before 7 a.m. if there was any hope of getting a table in the breakfast area.

We absolutely love this place. We stay there everytime we are visiting our son and his family EXCEPT when they decide to hike the price way up, which they do on occassion. I understand it's supply and demand, but why should the same room be twice as much just because it's a special occassion weekend or whatever. With the economy the way it is I would think they would remain competative with their prices and give those of us who are loyal customers a break!

Overall a pleasant stay. Only problem was small children in the floor above us, running back and forth in the evening and early morning hours. If there was a way to put families with small children on lower floors so they don't disturb other guest, that would be a plus.

Very nice time. The desk clerks and housekeeping were very nice. The breakfast staff was a bit rushed; probably due to the fact that it was New Years weekend and there were vans/buses parked there with groups.

Good hotel -- clean, good service, great pool, even better breakfast. But there was a large group of unsupervised kids who were out of control at the pool and running through the halls.
