Room was clean and comfortable, but the hallway smelled of smoke really bad. Went to the concert and out to get a bite to eat. When we returned to our room the people next door had left their very large dog alone and he barked until their return at 3:45am. The management was not very sympathetic. I will probably not stay at this particular Best Western again.

The first room we were assigned to had a funky odor, and the ac did not work. When we called to report the cooling problem they promptly switched us to a different room.

Right hotel, wrong room
I booked a room with a king-sized bed for my wife and I, with a rollaway bed for our daughter. We were given a room with two, double-beds. We made this work, but it made sleeping difficult for my wife and I as we are used to either a queen or king-sized bed.

nice hotel
staff was very friendly. However, when booking reservation, site stated that a cot was no extra charge, when we checked in they charged us $10 for the cot. Also, we had a smoking room. Housekeeping could use Fabreeze or some other air freshner after each stay. The room smelled really bad.

Peaceful Get Away
The Hotel staff have to be one of the most friendly staffs I have ever met. Very helpful The enternet was a little spotty in the room but nothing that could not be overcome by moving my laptop to the other side of the room. It is an older hotel but well maintained. The maintenance staff was do repair upkeep during my stay, but you would not have notices them excapt for them speaking to you just to say hi.....OUTSTANIND STAFF This will be the place I stay when I come back home again.

The bed was very comfy and the pillows, too! Usually you end up with either very flat or overly fluffy pillows and a lumpy bed. That was not the case here. I hated to crawl out of bed for the delicious continental breakfast but was happy when I did. It had a nice variety for both kids and adults.

Nice place to stay
We arrived after 9 pm. Nice room on second floor. No elevator in the hotel but room was directly by the stairwell. Quiet and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service.
The Best Western Huntington Mall was a very nice experience for us. The hotel is an older one, but kept up very nicely. We were there to visit with my older children and grandchildren and the hotel was very accomodating. they were all able to come and swim and picnic in the pool area. There was plenty of room and it is very pet friendly. We will always chose them when we are in the area. The rooms are very comfortable and large. The staff were more than willing to make sure you had everything you needed.
