Polynesian Resort Hotel

I chose this hotel based on reviews and it was in my family's budget. Having the water slides and small lazy river were a bonus. The room was somewhat small but we were only there to sleep anyways. It is a great hotel for families with children 10 and under. Our son is 13 and he made the most of it but it is geared more for younger children. Overall it was clean and adequate. It is in a good location. The amentities are deceptive. We did not have a computer in our room (we didn't need it) but we also could not get internet as listed on amenities list. Don't pay for food from hotel...very overpriced! Overall, for a family with young children, it was a good value. It served it's purpose for our weekend getaway!

good location, close to downtown, but the hotel could use some upgrading

The pools and water slides were great and my kids really enjoyed them. The whirlpools did not look like they were taken care of too much and they allowed way to many kids in them so adults could not really enjoy them. The maid service was a little to be desired because one of our beds had no blankets under the cover sheet. Parking was non-exhistent after drk. It seemed like there were more vehicles in the lot than there were rooms. It was easy access from the highway

Price was ok. Room was clean staff was friendly. The only issue was the door to the room did not close. Had to slam shut. Could use some updates

This hotel had 4 acres of outdoor waterpark activities, which were all in great shape. Lots of fun, and well-maintained. The hotel itself was not very clean, and the room could have been a bit larger. Our room had a patio door which opened right to the outside, and we were only steps away from the waterpark, but room was way too small for three of us, as was the bathroom.

there are hotel rules that are not clear on the website. The "great" indoor pool they advertise on the website is only open sometimes as is the game room, restaurant, and gift shop. My kids, who were thrilled to go to this hotel, hated it. the pool they got to play in was dirty and small and they couldn't even look in the gift shop.

Not good. The rooms were dirty, damaged, and very small. Wallpaper beginning to peel off in the hallways. There are two small indoor pools but they're on opposite ends of the building(very inconvenient). Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money for an upgraded resort that's CLEAN, user-friendly, and has ALOT more to offer.

I enjoyed the pool area alot for my kids who were ages 6-12. The hotel needs some renovations and the room smelled when we came but they did take care of once we mentioned it to the frontdesk. I think the thing that bothered me the most was that the sheets were very old and had holes in them. I work in the industry and I know for an fact that is a big taboo.Otherwise this is a good hotel for families.

Was an overall good experience. We were located next to the stairs so it was loud until 10p.m. then the whole hotel went quite. The staff was great and the lifegaurds kept a careful watch on the kids. We went Sunday thru Tuesaday and had very little waiting on the slides. Our three boys were all under ten and loved every minute of it. We give it five stars and will tell friends and family to stay there if coming to the Dells.

We thought the staff were friendly and the kids had a great time in the water park, both indoors and outdoors were great. We had to have a few light bulbs replaced when we got to our room and someone was there within five minutes. The next day, I didn't have hot water to take a shower, but made them aware of it and that was fixed within a few hours, but not until I had to take a cold shower. The exercise room needs an update. My husband was on the treadmill, when all of a sudden the machine stopped working and caused his knees to get strained. One of the treadmills was pretty loud too. All in all, it was an okay place and the water park was great!
