Hilton Garden Inn Wisconsin Dells

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly but there was only one restaurant that served food located in the hotel in the am ONLY and no room service offered. Had to ask for clean glasses and towels everyday we were there. The beds were very uncomfortable. I am a runner and the treadmills were awful. If you didnt put a jump in your room you would trip on the strange belt. I have never seen one like this in the 15 years I have been running. Ended up leaving early for home and its comforts.. It was in a good location.

Felt like three stories motel. Nothing exciting. Swimming pool too small. Breakfast price too much. Size of the room too small. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

if you just looking for a place to lay your head and don't want to spend a ton of $$$ at a water park resort. Then this was good. The price was good for the type of hotel and the downstairs and rooms we exceptable. They could replace the carpet and remodel a bit. I also think they gave us a worse room because we booked on orbit! Just saying!

This hotel has a great location. It is also great for adults who want/need to stay in Wisconsin Dells. However, when I arrived to the hotel their was no toilet paper in the bathroom (I understand mistakes happen), while I was frustrated after sitting down only to realize this sad truth, it wouldn't be a deal breaker. Shortly after my boyfriend went to watch tv in the living area he discovered a soiled diaper just sitting open next to the love seat. At this point I was really disgusted, but the lady at the receptionist desk that evening said she would have the maid take care of the diaper and gave me toilet paper to replace my missing one, so I was willing to overlook the mis-steps of the maid. The kicker however was the red stain I discovered when I went to lie down the evening we were there. It appeared the duvet had not been washed and I was disgusted to see some unknown substance on my sleeping duvet. Then in the morning I had to wait for nine minutes while the receptionist talked on the phone to check out. Both the man behind me and myself became frustrated because we were not even acknowledged during the wait time. Finally, when I came home I discovered the hotel had charged my credit card two times for $25. I had prepaid for the room and given my card for incidentals (I understand placing a single hold on it to make sure the card works), but to do two $25 charges for every day that I stay? I was told that is what these charges were, and that they would expire in 2-3 days. I am fortunate that I don't need access to that money until the holds finish......but would be extremely upset if I did. Overall, the hotel seemed nice but after countless frustrations (especially with cleanliness, if I don't feel like I am in a clean room, why would I want to stay here), I will not stay at this hotel, or suggest anyone else does.

Absolutely beautiful room, spacious and impeccably clean! Comfortable beds, new linens and much more!!! Pool was wonderful and plenty of seating around pool, two hot tubs inside and two outside. Wonderful staff and catered to your every need! Made you feel very welcome! We went to Noah's Ark Water Park, go-karting, Circus World (rode an elephant at the circus), toured the circus museum, and swam in the hotel pool. Great restaurants and plenty of them up and down Wisconsin Dells Parkway!!! Great trip for a family!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed there for our one year anniversary. We didn't want to stay at a hotel with a lot of kids keeping us awake all night, and this hotel was definitely a nice quiet retreat. Our room wasn't quite ready when we got there so we got an upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was nice. Room was nice and clean.

The hotel was nice and very clean. It was a good location in the dells and there was a nice pool and hot tub. I thought it was overpriced because the breakfast cost 10$ a person and the bed was not comfortable (even tho it was a re-adjustable mattress that could change preferences from soft to firm. The front desk service was also lacking, I requested a wake up call and never got one. I love Hilton hotels, this one just did not impress me as much as the others. Like I said it was a clean and nice place to stay, but after the weekend I felt I had spent too much money on it.

The location was very good and the room was very quiet considering that there where many teens there due to the State basketball tournaments going on.

The lobby was so nice and clean I thought I can't wait to get up to our room. First the door didn't open. After several attempts we got it. The room It seemed okay. We went to eat. Not many resturants open in the off season, that mistake was one thing we over looked. We got back to our rom and rented a movie. The movie got over at 10:30pm, so we decided to go to bed. There was so much noise in the hallway so I decided to call the front desk she stated that the pool just closed, okay. So at 12:00 I called again, she would take care of the noise. The noise did stop. Found out the noise was coming from the next room. So the walls are paper thin. The beds were very comfortable. They do have a all you can eat and the waitress takes your order and brings it to your table. It was very good. We checked out and went to the Tanger outlet stores.

The hotel was well-kept and clean. These are very important qualities for us! The desk clerk was very friendly and appeared to really enjoy her job! The pool accomodated our small children nicely! We liked the coffee station available in the morning! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!
