Great Wolf Lodge Wisconsin Del

Water park was fun, the hotel smelled like mildew. The customer service was lacking. I called the front desk and was asking about the lost and found. Shewas rude and transferred me in mid sentence. The room was big but not that clean. The buffet had little options.

Our experience was great. If you can, try to stay here at an "off time". We had the slides and the place almost to ourselves. It was a blast. Great slides. Fun for younger kids as well. Our 21-month old daughter even had a blast.

There are 3 indoor pool areas so you have keep track of your kids. Our 13 yr old nephew was stopped by another male patron and asked if he was "gay or bisexual" because he thought he was "good looking". Not a fun experience. Clientele seemed a little desperate and gave us a creepy feeling. Wish there was a security presence to report this odd fellow. They did tell management and were told what GWL does for security. The rooms were dusty and stale smelling. Place where you wonder what's on your bedspread. Beds were sagging and uncomfortable. Property in Kansas City seems newer and better maintained. Thought this was a higher end property and was disappointed. Staff does a fantastic job, however - very friendly, especially at the arcade. Arcade seems safe and small enough for kids to roam and not get lost. Pools are great - areas for all age groups. Again, would be nice to see a security presence just for peace of mind and have rooms updated.

On our stay we enjoyed the 3 different pool areas, different places to eat and the game room. The rooms were very clean and not dated. The staff was very friendly.

Fun was had by all in the Water Park. Had a good variety of slides and pools. Staff when very helpful when we left something in the room, house cleaning found it and they brought it to us in the lobby.

The hotel was well maintained and clean. Check in was easy and room was ready early. The pool area was very clean and the lifeguards were attentive. Overall a great experience. Restaurant was decent food, fast service, just a bit over average price. Parking lot was completely full. Depending on room location there can be a lot of walking. Rooms designed with families in mind with fridge and microwave. Location was excellent with plenty of alternatives close by. McDonalds, Subway, and Gas Station in walking distance

Everyone had a great time, this was our first family vacation. The older kids enjoyed majicquest and the water slides. On one day the water and temperature of the park was so cold my 2 year old twins didn't want to get in the water so we spent that day sight seeing in town. All of the staff was very friendly and acommodated all of our needs.

Very kid friendly place. The waterpark had a lot to offer my 2 yr old and 4 yr old. They also LOVED the storytime at night in the hotel lobby.

Waterpark was a blast! Be careful when going on the Hurricane. The girl in front of us lost control of her raft on the way up the stairs and it knocked my 7 year old down but it could of knocked him down a full flight of stairs had we been further up. We stayed in the kid's cabin room which was fun for the kids and gave us parents alittle privacy. They were late cleaning the room the second day, they finished at 4:30pm.

Really enjoyed the staff and the surroundings.
