Days Inn Wisconsin Dells

My girlfriend and I went to the Dells for the weekend we stayed at the days inn for three nights and not once did room service come to our room even after we asked the front desk about it they said someone will be on there way and still nothing there service isnt that great then we were going to go swimming in outdoor pool but it was really dirty with beer bottles and cans and a layer of scum on the top of the water, it was nasty. and there free breakfast isn't that great either there waffle machine didn't work and they never come down to replace and empty stuff like forks and knives you had to find them yourself other than this hotel the location is good right next too all the water parks and restaurants which was the only good thing about it.

I think it was an okay stay. The best part was the shuttle service to and from the casino. We were in a 15 passenger van because we drove 12 children down to stay at Mt. Olympus for the after-prom day. Unfortunately, I didn't care to much for the room. It was a little old fashioned for my taste. Also, they did not have any towels in the room.

The room we stayed in was alright. It was clean. The breakfast was doughnuts & sweets. They had no orange juice or apple juice. Its a cheap hotel nothing fancy

Outside impression is good, but hallways are dark, dreary, and dirty. They couldn't make keys that would work for the first room I was assigned. During my stay, room keys stopped working. Breakfast items pretty minimal, and always out of something, including coffee and coffee cups. Hallways and room poorly vacuumed. One hand towel was the only linen in the room when I first checked in. Fitted bottom sheet was so shrunken that it popped off one corner and was enormously difficult to reinstall. One time, male lobby clerk was on the phone when I walked up -- he couldn't be bothered to greet me, and slowly completed an obviously personal call before seeing what I needed. On the good side, it's a great location, and a great price. Both ladies working the front desk were helpful and cheerful. I won't say don't stay here, but know what to expect.

Staff was friendly, but the room left A LOT to be desired. Tried to plug charger into socket and kept falling out. Bathroom extremely small and floor was dirty.

We checked in at 4 p.m. and went to our rooms to findout from staff they were still cleaning them. Once they were "done" we discovered hairs on the towels and in tub area and on bathroom floor. The bedspreads were light green with stains. Staff did get us different towels right away. We stayed two nights, but no one came around the second day to clean the rooms or give fresh towels. There was a bag of dirty linens left in the hall Sunday evening until sometime on Monday when we left. The location and the price were great though.

My husband and I were very disappointed with this Days Inn. The first room we checked into smelled moldy, was tiny, and I'm not sure if the bedding was clean. We asked to be moved to a different room. This room was slightly better. The overall condition of the hotel is run down and dirty looking. It needs major work. I don't recommend staying here.

Road-tripping, needed a place to sleep that would allow our cat. Clean, basic, good breakfast. Not fancy, but good price.

checked in on thanksgiving day. was very quiet. was told no rooms available accept farthest from front. requested handicap room but was given 2nd floor and way too far away from pool area. which was cold and whirlpool broke. just dirty and rundown. no front desk staff accept 1 who couldnt make adjustments since not a mgr.

Fantastic stay at the Wisconsin Dells Days Inn. The employees that work there are all welcoming, and ready to help in any way possible. I really appreciate all that they did, they made my vacation a true vacation! Thank you! I'll be back!
