The condo was nice and clean. There was a pool and jacuzzi. I would go back.

The condo was roomy, but very dated. The water heater did not provide enough hot water for the jacuzzi. The fireplace was nice - the electric heat was questionable. Worked when we went to bed, but woke at 4:00 am to ice cold room and no maintenance staff on site. Needless to say no hot shower in the morning either then:{

My husband and I went to the Dells for a little get away and we both enjoyed our stay. Our room was very nice. It had a fireplace in the bedroom and in the living room with a flat screen television. Nice size jucuzzi tub in the room as well. I would definately stay again. Great deal for the price if you prefer condo style vs the amenities at your large chain hotels. I enjoyed the condo style with there seperate entrances over strolling through the long hallways to a room in a hotel. Just a matter of preference but I would say it was a very good deal and the condos are nice.

The room was nice. It was perfect for 2 couples or a family. It had everything you need. The bad part is 1 they dont take cash at the desk for any thing. The worst part is they charged a sec deposit on my cc and it has been 8 days and it is still not refunded back. They told me 2-5 buisness days. My cc company told me it is schedualed for full return but I have to wait a total of 15 days to get it back. Having to wait a 1/2 month is unacceptable!!!

Everything was great there. The office closed at 5 which I thought was a little early. Really fast check-in, great customer service. Really, really, nice place to stay.

We wanted to get away and relax... Get away we certainly did.... no one in the vicinity not a soul. It was off season(winter) so don't really know what it would be like in the summer. The views are wonderful during the day but I would not go out at night alone in the wilderness. Did we relax? Not so much. The boiler did not work in the wonderful jacuzzi so we improvised by boiling water in pots that were provided in the kitchen and adding our own hot water. It did not really work out so the whole idea of sitting in the jacuzzi for a romantic getaway did not work out. The staff were not on sight during the night but they were reachable by phone. There was nothing they could do for us but they did offer a partial credit back which was nice but did not make up for the loss of the weekend. Basically paid regular money for a hotel. BUT I can imagine it being completely different in the summer. I think the place is worth checking out. I guess I was at the wrong place at the wrong time.
