What customer service??!!
The hotel is in need of updates. The bed was lumpy and the towels were dingy. The ceiling fan had about an inch of dust on it. I was afraid to turn it on because it was directly over the bed and I have allergies. When I tried to check in the staff told me that [...] put a message on my account and that the hotel had to collect from me as my credit card had been denied. I told the staff that I had a confirmation from [...], however she said there was nothing that she could do. I just checked my credit card statement and I have been charged 2xs for my trip. Once by [...] and once by Christmas Mnt. [...]

Great place for families
We had a super time at Christmas mountain. Stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage for the night after waterparking all day long...We loved the grounds and the pools the next morning. Would definitely recommend a stay there, and want to stay longer the next time we go.

QUIET;GREAT STAY!
We couldn't any place to stay in Wisconsin Dell. Christmas Village was the only place and it would have been the 1st choice after staying there;quiet and very clean. Would stay there again.

It was pretty close to the casino which the reason we went to the Dells. I little drive but the quietness was great compare to staying at the Casino.

The Family Team
More than you could hope for!!
We were attending a baseball tournament and loved the idea that the resort was actually out of the crazy hub of the Dells. We could go enjoy and then had back to the relaxed atmosphere of the resort. A vacation to us is not a place where all you do is stay in a congested city area where hundreds of people are just trying to get you to spend money. Christmas Mountain resort allowed you to enjoy your family and time together. We played mini golf, went in the pool and the hot tub. Fitness center was nice as well. Great people!!!
