Quick Business Stay
My husband and I had business in the Dells and needed someplace cheap and last minute to stay for one night. We had a room with 2 queen beds. The hotel is a bit dated, but that is fine. The room was clean, but the rest of the hotel needed cleaning. The room had a mini fridge, but I had to unplug it because it was so loud I couldn't sleep. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has a good downtown location. The pool looked to be nice, but we didn't use it. However, there was only a hand soap dispenser in the shower and it was empty. We had no soap to shower, good thing I brought some with me. To sum it up, it was a decent stay for the money, but you will need to bring your own personal care items.

Weekend was a good value
This was worth it for us. The hotel is older, but our rooms were clean and having the indoor water park at Chula Vista included made it a value to our families.

Short drive from hotel
If you like being outdoors, don't miss walking around Devil's Lake. The view is incredible and there are paths both on the bluffs and around the lake.

Value in Wisconsin Dells
This Best Western was a short drive, less than half a mile off the interstate, and easy to spot beside Denny's. Unlike my last Best Western near Stowe VT there was no pervasive smell of cigarette smoke in the room or halls. Also the motel was relatively quiet. I went to this motel to meet a new love from the internet and we spent a lot of time in the room getting acquainted. We also went to Madison where we had wanted to meet but where all the motels were booked. We ate at a wonderful restaurant about a mile south on Hwy 12 with a name something like Schweibers. The couple at the front desk recomended this place to us and it was so good we went three times. The breakfast room was under renovations during our stay, but with Denny's next door this was not an issue. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good value.

Drive west less than a quarter mile to Route 12. Walgreens is on the corner. Drive south approximately one mile and watch for a sign something like Schweibers. It was so good we ate there three times in less than two days.

Great Wo-Zha-Wa Weekend Stay
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Enjoyed our weekend. We were pretty much only here to sleep. Will definately be back!

Perfect for the money
We booked here because there was nothing available in Madison where we wanted to be. The "Dells" is one of those tacky places set up like Disneyland for tourists who like that sort of thing. The ad said 30 miles to Madison, but the road signs said over 50. Despite these issues the motel was better than the last Best Western we stayed in. It is smoke and pet free so there was no lingering odour of smoke like in other places that claim you are in a non smoking room. Front desk people were extra sweet and recommended a restaurant that we ended up eating at three times. If you go to the Dells then this is a good place to stay.

A restaurant about a mile away on hiway 12 with a name something like Schwecters was excellent. We went three times. From the motel go west less than a quarter mile to the first intersection with traffic lights. Walgreems is on your right. Turn right and drive maybe a mile south. Restaurant is on left.
