Hotel staff was awesome. Pool was cold though and that was our only disappointment. Location, price and comfort was all within reason. Would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

I would not recomend it for a long sejur at the price they charged me. Maybe just for a stop by overnight. Nowadays you can get this confort from a good motel at a better price. Just becouse they had a front lobby does not make them a hotel. Located behind a gas station. close to the intersection of the two main streets of Wisconsin Dells (Broadway and Main or so). Close to the attractions and downtown if you are driving but not quite for walking there if you got no good physical condition. . I booked it up for a Labor Day weekend (that is Sat and Sun nights) rate was about $125 per night taxes included. Had a room with two queen beds. Everything was nice and clean. There was no freezer but a hair dryer and TV and air condition. Ice was available somewhere in the hotel too. No INTERNET in the room (well they said dial-up in the room and wireless in the lobby). When will these hotels learn that we are in 21st century and internet is a must have? that is one reason they won't see me back. There is a pool: 40 people capacity and about 2.5 feet high (well you must pack to 40 to fit). As you guess kids had their way there as their parents problably were doing something more appropriate for their age (what couples do when they are alone out there) . There is a jacuzzi for 11 people and a splashing area with water for kids. Also a sweat house sauna. Kitchen is small for the hotel's capacity. The menu did not change for the times we were taking the breakfast there (three days in row). link sausage, boiled eggs, coffee, cheese, bagels, pancakes and all that. There is also a small bar area.

It was average; Beds were not the most comfortable; and needed more pillows; but the breakfast is well worth it.

Overall a good experience. Room was clean and overall not bad. Pillows on the beds were awful. Asked for more and didnt get them. Also I was charged for using the in room safe that I didnt. Never had that happen to me before. For this reason I would never stay at this or any other AmericInn again.

No issues. For the price, met my expectations well. Nothing fancy, good room, beds & bathroom. Didn't check out the pool, so won't comment on that. Would definitely stay again.

The overall experience was good. We had trouble with working the t.v. We had to keep turning it off and on to get it on a channel. The metal bars on the bottom of the bed stuck out to far and I hurt my ankle walking past it. Those were the only to complaints I had. The room was clean, service was good and we would totally stay at his hotel in the future visits to the dells.

The room was clean and well prepped, the breakfast was great, and the location was great too. Great place to stay in the Dells if you are on a budget. Would definitely go back any time!

We were there for an overnight, and didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or bar, which both looked very nice and inviting. The room was clean, good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was great........more than we expected. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and the ventilation/AC system worked well--which was important as the weather was hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only 2 negatives were 1) wifi only works in the lobby; otherwise you need one of their data cables for the room and they have a very limited supply of cables 2) the smells of breakfast linger in the hallways all day. A real plus was the pool area--it's very large and has a separate kiddie pool, a separate jacuzzi, and a sauna. There's also a bar area in the lobby. I would stay again as it is very good value for the price.
