Whirlpool suite was worth it
Room was clean, with the exception of the whirlpool which just had to be rinsed out. The bed was a uncomfortable, but that's what we expect when it's not our own bed. Other than some cosmetic updates being needed, this was a perfect getaway for the weekend.

A night out
The hotel was located close to where I would be doing business. The front clerk was polite but nothing over the top. The room was very nice, clean and the Bath and Body Works soaps were a great bonus. The breakfast in the morning was good and had a nice selection. My only comment is the price is just a bit high for where it is located and what you actually get. The staff really needs to be MUCH MORE friendly with the guests...you almost feel like you are interrupting them.

Very Relaxing Getaway
My husband and I spent a couple of nights. We arrived right from our wedding reception and after all the stress of making sure we had everything ready and all the nerves that just go into that day we badly needed a couple of days to just decompress. Our room was beautiful and relaxing and had everything we needed in it. The staff was very helpful when we had a question and the location was great as there were some top notch places to eat located very close by.

There was also shopping right accross the street (Boston Store) and you could have walked to dining and the Arts center too. However, we chose to drive as it was winter and cold :)

Good value, clean, and friendly
Check in was quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area provided a nice selection of food. The lady tending the area was very attentive and friendly. I stayed here about a year ago and had a similar experience. I will most likely look here first for my next stay in Sheboygan. Good value on 3rd party website but found the rooms to be overpriced on the hotel website. Asked the desk clerk why such a difference and she could not explain.

Front desk crabby
Front desk help at check in not at all friendly. Asked for directions later and she made no effort to help or look up information, no maps available. Large rooms, breakfast good, lots to choose from. Central location.

Hotel was ok...
We went swimming in their tiny pool... It's only 3ft 10in deep. It could be better... Breakfest wasn't the greatest especially having to be watched on how much food we were taking... I would have to say this hotel could do better in general. Internet sucks and customer service was horrible. The room was comfy though... But boring....

Great deal
The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was hot and had plenty of options. My only complaint is that we only had the option of a queen bed. It would be nice to have the option of upgrading to a king.
