Hotel was ok...
We went swimming in their tiny pool... It's only 3ft 10in deep. It could be better... Breakfest wasn't the greatest especially having to be watched on how much food we were taking... I would have to say this hotel could do better in general. Internet sucks and customer service was horrible. The room was comfy though... But boring....

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was hot and had plenty of options. My only complaint is that we only had the option of a queen bed. It would be nice to have the option of upgrading to a king.

excellent service and great location
Hotel was comfortable and spacious. The staff both night and day staff were very accomadating and pleasant. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the Sheboygan area

We really enjoyed our 3 nights
We really enjoyed our 3 nights at the Grandstay - great location, lovely, spacious room with your own kitchen and a guest laundry. Lovely pool and spa and outdoor area as well. Would stay there again.

Bogey's and Business
Could have easily been better
We usually book a room at the American Club in Kohler, but thought we would try and cut down on expenses this year. This hotel was a good alternative. With there being four of us, we booked a couple of two bedroom suites. The rooms were spacious and the separate bedrooms, each with its own TV, gave everyone a little personal space. Our only problem was that one of our rooms got cleaned everyday and the other was never touched in four days. We had to keep going to the front desk to get more towels and was promised that the next day would be different... It never was. Everyday room one was cleaned, room two was not. That said, the good outweighed the bad and we plan on staying there again next year.

Great stay in Grandstay
This was a great experience. The staff was very freindly and helpful. They were very attentive and even remembered what guests were planning on doing for the day and then asked about how it went. The rooms were spotless and came with many great amenities such as a stove, refrigerator, and cooking utensils. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to see in the area as well. We travel a lot, but this hotel exceeded our expectations.
