Convenient location
I've stayed at this location numerous times. You get what you pay for. Don't expect Four Seasons accommodations at Microtel prices. It's basic, comfortable, and convenient for my needs. I have found that when I have a lot of baggage, it's worth it to pop the extra $10 for a double rather than a single as the single rooms are VERY cramped.

Short walk from hotel
Regency Mall is across the street. There are several chain restaurants as well as fast food within a mile. Plus a fabulous Irish Pub just down the road!
