Great Value for the Money
Having stayed at this hotel every year for the last eight years, even though they are under new ownership, nothing much else has changed. For the value you can expect a clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed. Continental breakfast is included. They offer free wi-fi, free local/long distance calling and a fitness room. It's a basic no frills hotel but for the money, a hard to beat value if you don't plan on staying in the room a lot.

Do not stay at the Best Value Inn Dirty Bed Linen
The staff was nice the rooms was so not worth the price dirty linen on the bed toliet wouldn't flush will I stay at this hotel again never will I recommend anyone to stay there no..

not the greatest
first of all we had a lot of trouble with the air conditioner, finally got that working after service by staff, not enough towels for both of us to take a shower, then when we came back after the reunion we realized that our door would not lock
properly even when pulled tight etc, told staff in am since we could safety lock it during the night from inside, didn't seem to even concern her--then we got our receipt, the charge was 57.91 and I have a copy of that so you billed our discover account $20 more than the room actually cost.

OK Place To Stay
My room was small, but for the most part clean and comfortable. The window seat pillows needed to be cleaned. There was value for the money. The exercise room was good and the breakfast was good as well. I would stay again.

American Best Inn and Suites..
We were in town for a wedding and being out of town they were accommodating when it came to checking in early. The room was great for the price. The beds were pretty hard but the pillows were far too sparse and thin that we had a hard time sleeping. But overall, we would come again.

Could be better, could have been worse
The staff was helpful and friendly. They were able to help us find the best roads to our destinations and even make suggestions on places to go that interested us. The rooms could use some work. They were the tiniest hotel rooms I've ever seen, the TVs were super tiny, and the remote controls for the TVs did not work properly. When we inquired about the remote working, they told us they had to reprogram them often. After they reprogramed ours, it still only worked for about 5 minutes afterwards. The location of the hotel was okay except there was a median on the main road so you could only get to the entrance by going one direction.

FANTASTIC CARE BY THE OWNER
I STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVERY TIME I'M IN THIS TOWN AND ONCE I HAD A BAD TIME THERE - AND THE OWNER WAS SO VERY UNDERSTANDING AND CARING ON THIS STAY TO CLEAR UP ANY PASSED PROBLEMS IT MADE THE STAY THAT MUCH BETTER, I LOVE THIS PLACE -ONLY ONE THING, THE STAFF THAT CHECKED ME IN HAD VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND WAS NOT AT ALL HELPFUL IN TRYING TO SOLVE PROBLEMS THAT CAME UP OTHER TRHAN THAT THE OTHER STAFF WAS GREAT.
