Awful customer service!
Had issues with not being given my reward points for the nights stayed there. The General Manager talked circles and contradicted himself as to why he wouldn't give me my reward points. I gave up as the headache of dealing with it all was not worth it. So if you are part of Wyndham points system for staying at this chain of hotels, DON'T STAY HERE!

Nickel and dime experience, poor service
Waited 20 min for desk staff to be available. Would not give AAA discount. Wife was sick, wanted to charge more for two beds (same price online). TV cable did not work, said would check on it "tomorrow."

Clean for the money but not great
Room was small and had to open window open all night, couldn't regulate themostat. Contenential was less to be desired.

Ordinary Stay
This was just okay. Nothing special. Staff was freindly and helpful, but the property was a bit rundown. No attention to detail.

don't need the bugs!
I guess you get what you pay for. I was in town for a concert and just needed a place to sleep but had a few bugs in the room and the bed was a little short. Staff seemed friendly

Property that has lost it's Luster
Staff was freindly and helpful. Room was clean, but not well cared for. Normal maintenance and repair is not being kept up. Many things left undone or not working. Holes in the walls that were only partially repaired. Door latches that didn't work. Walls that needed painting. TV that only worked sometimes.

Friar Tucks was across the parking lot and had excellent food and drink. Next to EAA's home.

inexpensive and clean
We just needed a clean place to sleep, and that's what we got. The staff was friendly and helpful.
