Great Hotel Bad Night shift clerk
the Clerk who checked us in was rude not just a little but a lot, took 20 min to check in and that was after she told me that she was getting ready to cancel my reservation, I had already prepaid. i had also called and asked if I could check in after 7:30. Was NOT happy with her otherwise the hotel was nice

ok- but be aware if you have allergies!
The staff was nice, breakfast was addequate, kids were happy that there was a pool. The main problem was the rooms we were in also apparently had pets prior to our arrival in them. Not against pets but when you and your family have severe allergies having rooms that had a pet stay in doesnt make for a pleasant experience. Make sure you ask for a pet free room

The outlet mall was not that far and the EAA airventure museum, also not that far, was awesome! My neice was able to fly a plane!

Oshkosk was bad
Room was clean no blanlets or bedspread on bed ( temp as 44 outside only light in bathroom also ran exhaust fan very very noisely heater fan was also very loud there for ncaa div 3 cross crountry national championships would not stay there again

Not a good start
We arrived in the late afternoon and check in was a breeze, we were given our key's and went up to our room and to my surprise it was not what we reserved, we had reserved a king bed whirlpool suite and instead it was just a king bed, so I went back down to the front desk and they knew right away that I reserved a whirlpool but at first said there wasnt one and wanted to give me a discount on my next stay and then free rewards club points and then offered to pay for our dinner and then mysteriously there was a whirlpool suite available. So we got the room we reserved but I don't like that I felt like something fishy was going on like they overbooked or were trying to pull a bait and switch on me.

The location of this hotel was great for what we were in town for but the roads can be a little confusing, the whole area has sprung up with roundabouts, but traffic was light and flowing and they weren't that bad.

Unbeatable price for this location
I enjoyed this hotel for the price, location and cleanliness. I did ask on staff member for some help find a local business and she did not have time to help or find someone that would help. Other than that it was a nice trip.
