Great Family Hotel

Excellent Stay
We found the hotel was very relaxing. During breakfast they had a wide variety of items that my kids work eat. Swimming pool and hot tube nice for all of the family.

Customer Service was OUTSTANDING!
This was a trip for my son's basketball team. They had a game scheduled for 8am on saturday and the hotel offered complimentary breakfast, and it started at 7am and the team needed to be at the gym by 7:15am. The Hotel was very kind and opened breakfast up early at 630am for the team and families. Customer Service is 5 stars!

ok- but be aware if you have allergies!
The staff was nice, breakfast was addequate, kids were happy that there was a pool. The main problem was the rooms we were in also apparently had pets prior to our arrival in them. Not against pets but when you and your family have severe allergies having rooms that had a pet stay in doesnt make for a pleasant experience. Make sure you ask for a pet free room

The outlet mall was not that far and the EAA airventure museum, also not that far, was awesome! My neice was able to fly a plane!

Unbeatable price for this location
I enjoyed this hotel for the price, location and cleanliness. I did ask on staff member for some help find a local business and she did not have time to help or find someone that would help. Other than that it was a nice trip.

Great Hotel Bad Night shift clerk
the Clerk who checked us in was rude not just a little but a lot, took 20 min to check in and that was after she told me that she was getting ready to cancel my reservation, I had already prepaid. i had also called and asked if I could check in after 7:30. Was NOT happy with her otherwise the hotel was nice
